HOW KIND ARE YOU?

Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

Kindness is a willingness to full-heartedly celebrate someone else’s successe and noticing when others are suffering.

Hon Mrs Ada Charles extending a hand of kindness

A kind word, a smile, opening a door, or helping carry a heavy load can all be acts of kindness. Celebrating someone you love, giving honest compliments, telling someone how s/he is special to you, helping an elderly neighbor with work or food, sharing homemade food, refusing to gossip, and donating old clothing and things you don’t need.

When we show kindness, we help rebuild the broken walls of the people we have shown kindness to. We light a candle in their darkest path, giving them the hope to live again.
